Terms of Service

1. The service

MySIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans that provide mobile data in the countries listed for each plan. Connectivity is provided through our supplier’s partner networks. You need an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked device to use our plans.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in AMD and include any applicable VAT/taxes where stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Delivery

eSIMs are delivered electronically. After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are sent to your email and available in your account, usually within a few minutes.

5. Activation, validity and fair use

Each plan’s data allowance, validity period, and coverage are shown on the plan page. Validity typically begins when the eSIM first connects to a network, as indicated on the plan. Some plans apply a fair-use policy (reduced speed after a daily cap), which is noted on the plan.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because eSIMs are digital goods tied to a supplier’s network:

• An eSIM that has not been installed or activated can be cancelled and refunded — contact support@mysim.am.
• Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, or data has been used, it is generally non-refundable.
• If a plan is faulty and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund of the unused portion as required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to resell it without authorisation, or in any way that disrupts the partner networks. We may suspend eSIMs used in breach of these Terms or network policies.

8. Coverage and availability

Coverage, speeds, and network availability depend on local partner operators and your device, and cannot be guaranteed everywhere. Listed countries indicate where a plan is intended to work.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Armenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
